Zap Calendar Demos

Choose from one of the following Zap Calendar demos:

American History - This calendar displays birthdays of people from American history.

New York Sports - This calendar displays sporting events from New York City teams. Many of these events are synchronized with the team's master calendar using the ical subscribe plugin. So, for example, if a baseball game gets rained out and rescheduled for another date, this calendar will automatically show the rescheduled date.

Spring Training - This demo shows the spring training calendar for the New York Yankees in list format. Hover over the event to see a brief description of the event, or click on the event to get the full details.

Your Events - You can create and modify your own events in this calendar if you are logged in using one of the demo accounts. Events are automatically deleted after 48 hours.

1. Category Filter - turn categories on and off with the category filter
2. RSS - Zap Calendar can provide RSS feeds for your calendar events
3. AJAX Browser - Browse events from month to month or week to week without ever refreshing the screen
4. Integrated Search - Zap Calendar is fully integrated with Joomla's built-in search engine
5. Browser Mode - Switch between day, week, month and year display modes
6. Icons - For adding new events, printing and iCal support. The iCal support allows for both downloading and subscribing to the calendar by other calendar applications
7. Event Details - Click on an event to view more details
8. Map Support - Use the Google Maps plugin to display your events on a map
